Quesada
Michaela Goddard Quesada and Michael Flutie first met through their shared passion for discovering and developing fashion models. With a combined experience of over 25 years in the industry, the duo has dedicated their careers to empowering the next generation of creatives.
Now, they launched Testboard, a digital platform designed to educate, elevate, and connect aspiring actors, dancers, models, singers, and writers. Leveraging AI technology, Testboard helps emerging talent refine their craft, define their personal brand, and increase their marketability, ultimately linking them with top agencies, industry professionals, and global brands.
More than just a platform, Testboard is the culmination of Goddard Quesada and Flutie’s legacy: a streamlined, tech-forward approach to talent discovery and development in fashion, entertainment, and beyond.
To bring Testboard to life, Michaela and Michael enlisted a network of cultural architects, the Grammy-winning musicians, fashion powerhouses, studio executives, and creative disruptors who have long shaped the industry from behind the scenes.
This influential collective, known for defining taste and launching careers, now plays a pivotal role in The Screen Test Awards reviewing, selecting, and mentoring the next generation of talent across fashion, entertainment, and the arts.
